Consider this...

The next time you see a man (be he your boss, religious figure, professor, etc.) and he has red marks on his collar, consider this:

Maybe he is not having some risque affair. Perhaps his wife discovered that his dress shirts had been washed and dried with the same load of clothes that included a child's pair of pants with a pocket containing an overlooked red crayon. Thanks, again kids!

I love the child-proof statement, that made me laugh out loud.
You are so funny and creative. And it's true, most parents have had some fiasco with a marker or crayon being washed with their clothes. It ruined a whole load of ours once. Needless to say, I check the pockets more thouroughly now.

It's amazing what is able to sneak into laundry when you aren't looking!

That stinks.

I'm always getting marks on clothing as I am horrible at checking pockets. A couple of years ago I had pen marks inside of my dryer and all over the load of laundry. Very frustrating.

I had that crayon incident happen a year ago. I am sorry...
